Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all QuickQuote Pro subscriptions operated by OptiFlow Build LLC.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features through the end of your current billing period.
• After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier.

Refunds

• No prorated refunds are provided for partial months or years.
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or technical issues that prevented use of the service.
• To request a refund, email support@optiflowbuild.com with your account details and reason for the request.

Free Tier

Free tier users can delete their account at any time from the Settings page. No payment information is collected for free accounts.
