Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickQuote Pro, operated by OptiFlow Build LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use QuickQuote Pro only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service for any illegal activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service to generate fraudulent or misleading quotes

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. AI-Generated Quotes

AI-generated quotes are estimates only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and finalizing all pricing before sending quotes to your clients. OptiFlow Build LLC is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content. You should always verify pricing, material costs, and labor estimates before relying on them.

4. Subscription & Pricing

  • Free Tier: 3 quotes per month, QuickQuote watermark on PDFs
  • Pro Plan: $15/month or $120/year — unlimited quotes, no watermark, custom branding

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are in US dollars.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months or years. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You own all quotes, line items, and business information you create using QuickQuote Pro.

Our platform: We own all rights to the QuickQuote Pro platform, including the software, design, and AI technology. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTIFLOW BUILD LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Missouri. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
